I think Fredor thinks he has the ability to think when he never does think, whilst at the same time most think he......
Have you seen the difference that one result has made?! Glad I got on when I did. Also that one which included Palace is tasty
What's your problem? This is a thread about making some money on ridiculous odds quoted on Sunderland to stay up and/or what a twat Fredor is. Most of the posters on here put money on Sunderland to stay up at somewhere between 9-2 and 11-2. Looking at the PL table today the odds against Sunderland staying up should never have been that high with 2 points now separating the last 6 places. Of course the people that placed the bets will say that its like a "cover your losses bet". If Sunderland don't go down at least they win some money. Here is a similar conundrum for you Comm? If you could guarantee Premier League survival now but had to welcome Fredor back to the Sunderland Forum or had to continue fighting it out to the end of the season, with no guarantees, but never see a Fredor post on your threads which option would you take?
Very rare the bookies drop a clanger but that 5/1 and 11/2 was far too generous. Plenty of clubs in the mix. Swansea, Sunderland, Hull, Palace, Leicester, Middlesbrough. Even a couple of the others could drop like a stone. You'd think they'd know better after the last few years. I'm a bit torn now. If Sunderland stay up I do well. If Leicester, Palace and Middlesbrough go down I'd net over a grand. But the spiteful person in me would like to see you lot suffer.
It's the suffering which provides the entertainment. I've put on half a stone since the start of the season in popcorn consumption.
Its the hope that will kill them, 4-0 against an awful Palace side that expected that turning up would be enough, Southampton will restore the balance next week! What we are all forgetting is that Sunderland haven't had a major injury for like 2 weeks now, so just like busses they are due a couple probably to a key player and when I say key player I mean Defoe as he is the only one. I looked at Physio room and they have 9 injured (the highest) but still relatively low for a squad with O'Shea Anichibe, Gibson, Oviedo, Rodwell Borini, Janazai, Kirchoff, Pienaar, Larson, Cattermole and lescott in, Must be due some horror injuries soon!
The fear expressed by Newcastle supporters of having to face Sunderland again is just pitiful, though I have to admit understandable
