I’ve just been a little bit sick. Anyhow, I see that Big Sam has mentioned meeting up with the FFP Dell lot. You said at the time they were trying to court an ex-England manager but thought it was Steve McClaren. Maybe it was Big Sam? As to my intel, I’m no longer with Accenture so can say it was my ex-colleagues in the Accenture box who talked to FPP who said they were there to sign a contract. Maybe it was the loan but I believe at that point they were talking full takeover. My ex-colleagues had no reason to bullshit me and I spoke to them independently. They worked on a prestigious Goverment account so maintaining integrity is a necessity.
Interesting stuff mate and I could tell, at the time, you were itching to spill the beans Originally I was told Allardyce, and posted that on both forums, but was corrected by someone on RTG who seemed informed. I made a guess at McClaren because he was also ex-England but hadn't been told that by anyone. I don't believe Allardyce has had his last job in football tbh, he likes the limelight. Edit: Just had a quick look and this seems to be the gist of it at the time. "I posted on RTG, in September, that I'd been told an ex-England manager has been advising the Americans. As usual I was ridiculed by the usual bunch of creeps over there. I assumed it was Allardyce because of his connections so asked the question ... ... I wasn't corrected so carried on believing it was him."
Liverpool fans wouldn't accept that kind of takeover. They don't crave the success like that lot as they have seen enough without needing sportwashing to go on in front of their eyes.
aye I think they saw straight through her and sent her packing. Besides I'd have Linda in the stand before Amanda every day of the week
“They’ve got a billion in the bank But they’re going down They’ve got a billion in the bank But they’re going down They’ve got a billion in the bank But they’re going down They’re the ****test club in the world” was the song on the way out of Cambridge yesterday
Well let's just say there WAS a conspiracy. Even by the refs, which is as unlikely as a Bin Salman conversion to Humanity. But let's imagine there was one. A concerted conspiracy to undermine and thwart them at every turn. What would that say? It would say of course that what was once a proper football club, has become a despised and loathed apology for barbarity. We all know that anyway, but for them to insist that there is this plot to stymie anything they attempt to do, just confirms it. My brother lives in Scotland and they even hate them up there now according to what he hears. None of this will go away. No amount of cyber bullying by Bin Salman's paid serfs will put the stories away, they will just keep coming. Persecuted gays, Christians, Jews, political opponents and many others, now have a platform to stand up to a monster, one they did not have previously and they will use it. The fans who welcome this, which appear to be in the large majority, can expect no sympathy for what will be a never ending torrent of ridicule and worse. They have made a Faustian pact with an earthly devil. The price will be permanent vification from world football and beyond.
Very good post mate and nails the situation. Millions of decent people worldwide, opposed to racism, suddenly focused their attention on George Floyd, the world's media followed. They chose the wrong 'martyr' in my opinion but it demonstrates how people's outrage can remain hidden then suddenly erupt. I was appalled by the murder of a harmless journalist, in a Saudi consulate, but didn't know where best to express that feeling ... ... now I do, and so do thousands of other people.
Agree with you on George Floyd, there was so much more to that. But the media focused in on it and spun it one way and its the way it is. Also have my own opinion on how they could offer that police officer a fair trial with an unbiased jury after the media coverage.
In my opinion he was just a shyte cop, and a bully, who's victim could've been any nationality ... ... deciding it was a racist murder, based entirely on the officer's skin colour, was as racist as you can get.
A mag lost his foot in a boating accident on Anglesey, but luckily I was around on the beach to find it
Bayern Munich is an enormous club that wins things and does not have needy desperate fans. They are antithesis of NUFC.
How about... Got a billion in the bank and you're **** Wear tea towels on your heads and look like tits Got a billion in the bank Yet your team is utter **** Got a billion in the bank and you're ****
