Don't care if people claim I'm obsessed, that's bollocks, no one else seems to want a thread so here's one.

I'm interested in the match, will be watching & interested in the new improved Newcastle and how Colback does?

City will be under pressure already now that Arsenal & Liverpool have won.

Newcastle's form needs to drastically improve after the 2nd half of last season.

I can't see many goals tbh but I'll say 2-0 to City.

I've a £5 double on, Ajax have done their bit and my monies on the mags for this match. Just a gut feeling..

It looks like the Newcastle injuries means Colback will start.

Can't understand it me like..Thought the place would have been buzzing today, start of the season and all that, yet it's been like a morgue..

Waited for weeks and weeks, passing the time with random threads, then the place has just died today.....baffled.


Anyhow, i fully expect City to win, fairly well. They won't mess up from the start, Chelsea are gonna be after them all season.

As usual Quinn proves his Irishness ......... he does come out with some ****e and then backtracks.

He was trying to say that he's playing for his 'home town club' but, to be fair, Newcastle finished higher than us last time.

My feeling here is that Newcastle will run around like headless chickens on speed and give the ball away too much.
