In the House of Lords, the House of CommonsIs referred to as “the other place”. Being just across the corridor from the House of Lords, it always seemed a bit silly to me that they would call it that. But now I see why. For not 606, I guess “the other place” is 606.

We have a little tradition “in the other place”…well. It seems like a tradition whereby people come on, generally folk new to the Gaelic games section on “the other place” and make the following predictions.

    Kerry for Sam
    Mayo Dark Horses

    Kilkenny for Liam
    Tipp Dark Horses.

In that tradition, and as a newbie to not 606, I would like to make the following prediction.

    Mayo Dark Horses.

It’ll never happen, but shur’ tradition is everything in the GAA

Good to see you here RB.
Things should be good during the summer when our army of Gaels colonise not606 GAA from "the other place"
I'll make my usual prediction for the season ahead then-
    Meath 4 Sam 2011!

Just to clarify. Mayo are not Dark horses!

    Good to see ya bud.

Were we an army in "the other place"? We were a well drilled outfit, but intermediate standard at best. We'll push on and look to go senior next season.

I'm not being a Kerry hater, i just think that team needs some serious remedial work. They need to get a midfielder from some place.

Michael Tierney plays for Laois and he also played for Hong Kong would you believe!

    My Predictions:

    Kerry for Sam
    Kildare Dark Horses

    Tipp for Liam
Kilkenny Dark Horses (probably be these 2 in the final anyway!)

I know, but's it's obviously going to be one of them. Don't really think there is a dark horse in the hurling..... Dublin!
