So once again the useless one and his sidekick are still employed, Owners still haven’t sold up and our gutless players who get bullied every week won’t speak to the local press.
Gutless players. That's harsh. Them lads are giving everything. They are nothing like the s o.s that took us down last time . I dont think we can complain about effort.
sorry When you say gutless. You meant weak. Thats debatable. Some have to be tougher to survive in this league,i cant argue against that. But looking at the sequence of results, they are doing us proud, but they need some savvy behind them to help. Its not there at the moment
Anyone else hear that he's got three games to turn it around, or else he's 'doing one' ? Personally, I reckon it's a load of cack.
Well, if there's no takeover and if we lose the next three, then even Ehab wouldn't be daft enough to not sack him . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . would he?
To be fair, that's the speculation by some of the less reputable publications available on google. It'll happen or it won't.
What does 3 games to turn it around mean though? What does he need to achieve? Get out of the bottom 3? Get a draw? Win all 3?
It's slightly misleading that stat, because he's made way less passes than everyone else on the list there. Grimes makes almost 100 a game at over 90% accuracy, while Moncur makes 21 a game on average. Still good obviously that he's not giving it away, but it's maybe misleading that it suggests he's the best passer in the league. I like Moncur, but I also like Cannon, Docherty and Honeyman and there's only room for so many. I'd maybe look at putting Moncur in the front 3 instead of Wilks like he did a couple of times earlier in the season.
If this takeover goes through, the new owner’s got the decision to make, either get rid now, probably would be after Saturday now, unless they have someone already lined up, or tell him, he’s got until the end of November to improve results & prove himself too. Despite everything McC has done, I’d still like to see him actually succeed here. Although I don’t think he will. The problem is, if takeover happens & he changes his style of play, does it mean he was being told by Ehab, what to do? Or does it mean he’s actually just waking up to the fact his jobs on the line? Personally, I think a new manager would come in either straight away, or after Saturday.
