I am so proud of my Son. He wanted to have his own restaurant and looked at setting one up for years. Today, he is on James Martins Highlands and Islands. No idea for how long, but from startup to this in two years is great and we as a family are so proud.

Wow !! Your sons concept and menus look amazing Omega. Every item on his "Food and Menu" is my Dream Dish. My oldest son lives in Sussex not far from his Ritual Feast events in the New Forest and Minstead, which looks like a brilliant place for outdoor cooking, and I am going to try and book him a place for early June. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. My wife and I will be sure to book later this year when we go over from Canada.
I have to help out at times and I love it. Although I really like the pork and the hanger steak, the chicken is my favourite.
