Ahh, Scarborough. The McCains Stadium, sadly no longer with us. Perhaps they reformed and are in the Glue Leagues somewhere.
Reformed by the supporters trust as Scarborough Athletic and ground share with Bridlington Town. The Theatre of Chips had a covenant on it which restricted the ground to sporting use. The club originally hoped to sell it off for re-development but they could not get the covenant lifted and so the original club was forced to be wound up.
lukewarm pies lukewarm fans, town will marmalise them. ian holloways blackpool thumped them 3-0 last saturday. boro are a typical yo yo championship club still basking in the days of yore and brian clough. history has passed them by and so will the shrews. graham turner has 5 honed strikers straining at the leash to get at em. it could be a shrews goal fest or possibly a draw, when we will marmalise em at the fortress. i do not countenance defeat and am already looking to the 4th round draw. coys, fs etc
