In a way I kind of feel sorry for him, results been **** but last month that perfoances been decent, but think in the grand scheme tho prob the right decision
I'd heard he was walking, that was the point of my previous post. Don't let these new thread wannabes think they got in first. Thread equivalents of bus ****ers.
hopefully we can get someone in that knows how to organise the team for the second half of the season
Surprised it took this long to come out if honest. Staff at the stadium have known since late afternoon/early evening.
I truly hope that's the case, he doesn't deserve to have been treated by the Allam's like this, and if he as told them to **** it, credit to him.
I suppose if you go into a transfer window without a clue what the plans are, your a dead man walking. I'm not his biggest fan but he has got us playing ok apart from the lack in concentration at times, he has been harshly treated
Obviously the high media profile of the City of Culture has annoyed the Archons of Allam Towers. Can't have anyone else grabbing the headlines especially after they've invested £100m
And what a waste of 6 months.......starved of help and support, so now we've one foot in the Championship and even less attractive to a new manager. I hope his backroom staff go to and leave Polo Guy and his dad to manage the team on Saturday.
we have the players to get out of the relegation places. we just need someone to get a tune out of them.
This. People bleating about Phelan having an impossible job are forgetting the form we've shown over the last month. The manner in which we've conceded goals particularly the last two weeks was utterly avoidable if he had had us set up in a decent formation and had actually played our best players.
