My Back Is ****ed!

    Right on my lower back at the base of the spine is ****ing killing me.

    I feel like I need to stretch out every fewe minutes to ease the pain but when I do it feels like my spine is gonna crack and leave me a rubble of bones on the office floor!!

    Ordered a new bed the weekend as the mrs was moaning at the state of the old one (only a couple of years old ffs), not sure whether because of this I've noticed the bed is **** & its affected my sleeping?

    Anyone got any good tips to ease the pain & discomfort? Must say its more the discomfort as I have painkillers to numb the pain.

    Thai massage therapy. Agony at the time but they work wonders.

    I want to fix my back not enter a Barry Robson look-a-like competition <ok>

    lie face down on the floor

    slowly push up with your arms as if doing a press up but keep your hips on the ground so your arching your back the wrong way as much as possible then hold for 10 and slowly lower

    repeat x5 3 times a day

    as much ibuprofen and paracetamol as your liver can handle

    Woman at work just suggested that dougie <ok>

    She has to do it every morning before she can get up her back is that bad. Felt bad asking her as she has chronic back problems that can't be fixed. I have a little twinge in comparison.

    suspend yourself off the ground with a rope around your neck, this will allow your spine to elongate and realign <ok>

    **** no Venom. The word plain could have been invented for this woman, lovely personality but nothing to look at.
