At least according to KOL http://www.kentonline.co.uk/medway/sport/experienced-defender-signs-on-at-121100/ Premiership experience, although one always has to ask questions as to why he chose to play abroad rather than stay in UK. Nevertheless let's hope that he's everything we need and hope for. Not much to ask, good luck mate!
I've stuck a thread on the QPR board, which i think is quite busy on this site, so let's see what they come back and say about him.
Yes - You have - and don't the replies fill one with a warm glow ? ....................... actually that feeling is restricted to the QPR fans as they pee themselves laughing at Gills making a bigger mistake than having JE-T
It appears the views are not good, in fact quite critical of the new guy. Although once played at right-back and was brilliant
brb - thought the least you could do is post a link for the lazy so and so's who can't be bothered and let everyone have a smile http://www.not606.com/threads/zesh-rehman.344089/ At least most of those guys (and gals?) are blessed with a sense of humour. Some wonderfully humorous comments, although, as you say, there's not a lot to encourage us at the moment. We'll see soon enough I'm sure.
He did play very well yesterday. Won't set the world alight by any means but at least he was organising the defence which we've desperately needed for a long time. Now I don't want to make this an Ehmer bashing post but for him to still be captain is a real strange decision for me. He doesn't lead and doesn't organise the defence and Rehman immediately took control yesterday. If Pennock is going to continue with Ehmer as captain, then Max needs to do more for me.
So, Cargill goes from a Gillingham reject to being part of one of the finest defensive displays at Old Trafford in years, in just one month. This says it all about Pennockio's judgement.
Except Pennock didn't send back Cargill. Bournemouth recalled him because they had injuries and Ake went back to Chelsea
