    Hopefully with new owners the new crest will look remarkably like the previous one. Also I’m the eternal optimist.

    Optimist is right.

    Who knows what new owners might have in their head? They might have no insight into the whole crest issue and just carry on regardless with the existing one.

    Or they might want a fresh start and bring in a completely new one to show the page has been turned.

    I would be extremely surprised if we get the pre Allam one back.

    That's not how football works these days unfortunately.
