    Thanks Smug, I think I am just a bit desperate for some news or any rumours. This season is beginning to drag out a bit now. Still its good to hear some of the names going about but hoep we get behind who ever it is and give them a chance.

    I heard last Saturday that KS maybe away and KLD is taking more of the key decisions moving forward.

    Put it on here, on the Millwall match day thread.

    Havnt heard anything else since. Others have posted through the week.

    If we were/are to change DoF who would be a good choice. If you had asked me a couple of years ago I would have jumped at the chance to ge Brian Marwood in but in fairness there is not much chance of that now with his lofty position within the city group.
    depending on how Brentford fair Phil Giles could maybe make the switch and would not be a bad shout.

    KLD has had a couple of year in charge now surrounded by and involved with football people and would have been learning all the time, no doubt he'll feel more confident making footballing decisions himself.

    If this is the case then I’d be shocked if Will Still isn’t the absolute number one target.

    Would be interesting to see who would replace Speakman as well.

    Feels like it's time for a change. The last 3 transfer windows have been poor - I don't know if that is Speakman's fault entirely, but the BS he comes out with after every window boils my piss. Maybe the BCB fiasco has taught KLD that he needs to more hands on (or at least appoint people he can trust)

    When I think of the arrogance of that scenario, it boils my blood. I know it's a bit hyperbole but he could be deservedly sacked for that appointment alone for me. Knew the fans didn't want anything to do with him.

    It's interesting. I thought I was on the fence about Speakman going or not but @Prehab26 posting that has given me a pang of excitement, so I guess I know where I stand now.

    And yes, pang is a word. Deal with it.

    Well, as I said yesterday, that new man best be involved in the head coach search otherwise both the DoF and head coach will be starting off on the back foot.
