Well answered too if I may say so, well done you can be the 3rd Leicester poster that I have congratulated on here today
Pearson will not resign as Hull manager - not part of his character, unless somebody completely pisses him off. Then he can react badly - Stringer discovered that a couple of years ago. He is an ambitious man and very proud. Think he may ask the Hull chairman if he can listen to any offer that we make, but this would not mean he would automatically take the job. If the Hull chairman said no, and cajoled NP that he was indispensible and the goal is Premier league, think he would stay where he is. Personally, I expect him to be Hull manager at the end of this season.
Very good points but have to disagree with 4) which, with the possible exception of Sir Alex, Arsene and Dario Gradi is a universal fear for all managers - there are already disquietened rumblings about the future of AVB at Chelsae ... how mad is that?
I think AVB is too young for the Chelsea job and you can tell the pressure is getting to him, i think he will be gone soon
There was also a classic post on a Hull tread in which OLM said he wouldn't slag off Pearson if he left Hull. He's only spent the last year doing so!
I´d forgot NP was once the Dull manager. I´d love LC to go straight up this season, goes without saying, BUT can you imagine a Leicester v Hull play off final ? I´ll be going, infact I´d go no matter who they play but it would really add abit of hot chilli .
Forgive me for not responding to posts made during the night, I really must try and get on here more often. And thanks Jack, the post you've found says exactly what I said it did, that he'd told the players he wasn't leaving and that I was supposed to be seeing him that week, never did I say that he told me directly that he was staying or going, or that I met him every week for a drink. Glad we cleared that one up.
No worries, to be honest I just wanted to settle the argument either way, so just posted what I found. I swear I remember you saying that you did go for weekly drinks with Nigel, but you post so much drivel on here it becomes a very laborious task to go through it all. Maybe I'll find some time over the holidays, though I can think of better things to do...
You've found my post and it says exactly what I said it did and you're somehow trying to suggest that it says something else. Brilliant.
Nooo, I found one quote where you said you were going for a drink with Nigel that Tuesday, and I was certain there was another where you claimed it was a regular occurence. Really not that hard to understand, is it?
