18 and some of them are nowhere near the size of a League One club, there's only 6 clubs with grounds that hold over 20k.
Big week for the takeover, by all accounts the fee etc is agreed, the Turkish party have now been invited to provide the deposit and secure exclusivity. Real hunger from both sides to see this done by November
Could DCFC going into administration and potentially be available for far less money than before derail things?
Is this the closest the club has been to actually being sold since the old man put us up for sale in 2014, Howden? More so than the previous failed bids?
Id say this is the closest we have been since they penned their goodbyes in the match day program and I'd also say this summer is the first time we have really been seriously up for sale since then as well. Just shows what can potentially happen if both sides want to play ball. In the past the allams have asked for to much and the have also been messed around by dreamers and people with zero intent. This is why they are so keen to see the deposit paid and I can't say I blame them.
I'd highly doubt it, who knows what debt they have hidden away or what will come out the woodwork. Derby are a mess. A much bigger mess then Is been seen by the public
They will be hoping the non refundable deposit is paid and then the deal falls through, again. winner winner chicken dinner.
More probably... Taramasalata... Olives and olive oil. ... Dolmades. ... Moussaka. ... Grilled meat. ... Fresh fish ... Courgette balls (kolokythokeftedes) ... Octopus... Kebabs for Chazz...
I really don't believe this to be the case now, Assam especially, wants the deal done and done quickly
As the old man was at the game today, I took that as a sign he wants out ASAP and this Turkish takeover has legs. You pretty much confirmed that it did when I asked. Here’s hoping it happens quickly and smoothly and see if we can salvage this season.
