Have you had the email saying it will auto renew as well? I've got that message in my account so I'm just leaving it alone.
No mate I’ve had no email (should’ve probably stated that’s why I am asking haha!), but I am in gmail and I know there’s been issues in the past with the clubs emails coming through
Aye, my email came through to my outlook but I've still got my Gmail on their accounts so I reckon it's that. Although, last year their renewal emails did come to my Gmail

Does it change if you tick the option to go to dd or not? I only got the message i postwd earlier about already being signed up to someone elses (i.e my dd) on the bairns account when I ticket the option to sign him up.
It might be getting itself in a pickle because it thinks you are trying to buy it as a new buyer but its still reserved for your daughter until general sale? I'd send them an email and hopefully they will get it sorted for you. The TO was shut today though.

As you are enrolled on our automatic renewal Direct Debit payment scheme, we are set to renew your season ticket for the 2024-25 campaign at the early-bird price and there is no need for you to take any further action if you would like to do so. Alternatively, you can opt out of the direct debit payment scheme and pay upfront. If you would like to opt out of this auto-renewal: Sign in to your account, View the Account menu, Click Ticketing, Click Season Subscriptions From here, you can amend your bank details or unsubscribe from auto-renewal. You can then choose to pay in full if you wish. The deadline for opting out is 28th March at 5pm. Cancelling my 3 after 20+ years. A bit gutted but I’m not having the best time of it in my personal life and other things come first. I’ll still go to the odd home game and have mates with plenty of points who’ll sort away tickets when it suits.
Heard back. You have to tick the box and re validate the DD if you have young season tickets assigned with you.

Yeah that's right. Just re validates the DD with the new subscription on. They have said if you email them, they will do it all for you just to make sure it's right if you have any concerns.

No worries. That's what they will tell you. My contact just ticket if for me on their end. Just logged in myself and it's all ticket and greyed out though each step of the process now.
I didn't give them that info so guess not. But when I looked, when we were taking before, it did look like , this would have to be done.
