http://www.rojadirecta.me/goto/hippiesharing.com/stream2.html Kildare beating Donegal at the break in the curtain raiser for the season. Geezers team well worth the lead at HT.
Kildare won 2-14 toe 1-13 A good second half. Really enjoyable. Some tempo for a league game. I am not placing too much stock in the game. I'd like to win but I'm not too fussed. Staying in D1 is the priority. i think we have put too much into it over the last while. It should be used to build our way up. Not to win.
Dublin well on top. The things Cork are doing well have come through Paul Kerrigan. He's going really well. The Dubs have gotten some really good scores. One from Diarmuid Connolly was a beaut. The goal came from Aidan Walsh... It was a typical burst through the middle Walsh goal. 1-3 to 0-7 dubs lead and are unlucky not to be more in front.
Bad injury for Mannion. He looks to have been knocked out. A collision with his own man. His neck took the full force of it.... Hope he is ok.
The dubs won well 1-18 to 2-9. Cork made enough chances to be closer but That wouldnt have been fair. Well well beaten. Awful from placed balls.

Some good games there for the opening weekend in the league. Donegal v kildare and Dublin v Cork were both played at a good pace and some great scores in both games. Dublin are really building a strong panel and I fancy them to do well this year more than I have in the last few years.
And no helmets either. I would love it if that day came. I think Derry are getting the Ulster Hurling final this year. International rules game against the Aussies too.
The International rules might not happen depending on how serious theese match fixing and steriod scandals are in Aus. Supposedly a lot of Aussie rules teams are involved and its going to be huge.
Just suppose a certain ex-Kerry player was named who came back, won a All-Ireland and went back there would be some nervous faces in HQ.I'm not saying GAA players take steriods/drugs but I sat behind Mossy Quinn in Croker at a match and I couldn't believe the size of him,he could have got into our front row!
Yeah I would'nt like to hear any g.a.a player was taking steriods but I suppose if it was as rampant as the Aus media are making out then it could involve a lot of g.a.a players that moved over there which would be a disaster for the g.a.a.
Aidan O'Mahoney had an asthma inhaler.......smackhead. They say roids can give you roid rage. Make you prone to senseless unprovoked attacks...............I remember ten seconds into the 2009 final....jussayin.
****... we are going down. Lost 2-10 to 1-9 against Kildare. More horrible wides. Kildare got the last 2-1 of the game. Damien Cahalane was sent off for not a right lot. He had been going well. An Dun next up.
