Answered your own question in part there. As for the financial implications........ I suspect litigation would be Penn State's next step due to loss of earnings by not gaining entry to the Champions League.... we're talking major amounts of money.
Any Legal firm which represents Celtic should not be allowed to investigate Rangers. What's so difficult to understand about that ? Wher's the $porting Int£grity here ?
