We'll ****ing smash 'em Thanks to @SAINTOSPREY for officials (**** var ): Saturday 14th March 2020. - Norwich v Southampton - 15:00 (3. p.m) KO Referee: Lee Mason. Assistants: Mark Scholes, Eddie Smart. Fourth official:John Brooks. VAR: Jonathan Moss. Assistant VAR:Ian Hussin. Gonna be a tough game this, surely Norwich need to win this one to have a chance of staying up? Should make for a decent match, as they often are when we play them. Libby prediction:- 3-1 to the boys in the red and white. Opposition prediction @Farked19? Up the ****ing Saints
0-4, then at half time the game will be abandoned when Ralph catches Coronavirus. All fans in the stadium will be quarantined for 14 days in the stadium as a result of this too. "Sorry guys, but I had to think of a good way to pay back Libby for those away loses he went to" Said Ralph.
Lovely city Norwich although strangely dogged by an unusual amount of sinkholes... https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/uk-en...he-city-of-norwich-so-vulnerable-to-sinkholes Here's hoping that we put them further down the PL sinkhole...
I thought that Norwich looked quite decent when they visited St Mary's earlier in the season. They did not look worthy of their position and I recall Pukki being quite a threat. I am not convinced this will be a pushover but I am hoping from a response from the team. Two more wins will see us safe yet I am anxious to get something on the board because I do not envisage getting anything out of the Arsenal and Man City games. In fact the whole of April does look quite tricky.
A draw won't suit Norwich so they will be committed to push forward, so I think the longer the game goes without a goal, the more it will suit us?
It will not be a pushover, we've got the injury problem and I now think a mindset problem creating a lower level of confidence, which, regrettably, doesn't stand up to pressure. Now if Ralph has got into recovery mode from Saturday then hopefully he can find that magc cure that got us that great spell up until the New Year!
They've looked quite decent whenever I've watched them in the clips on tv. Although they seem quite potent going forwards they are in fact the joint worst goalscorers in the division (they are joint worst goalscorers with the team that scored against us last week). They are also the joint second worst at defending (along with us). Surprisingly, that all adds up to a goal difference 10 worse than us and 13 points less than us. So, although they seem decent there are good reasons why they are at the bottom, can't score and can't defend. I can only see this as a home win.
Hoping that Armstrong is back. Even more so without Redmond and Djenepo. And after strangely being left on the bench for the past two games, hopefully KWP will be recalled. I liked what I saw vs Burnley. Really looking forward to this one.
If Armstrong plays we are more likely to win Lee Mason will give us nothing VAR will crash due to a bout of Coronavirus Let’s be having you, you Saints
Norwich showed exactly why where they are now. They were ****e in the first half and we were 2 up before they came back into it. You don't let teams go 2 up before showing up, particularly against a fellow bottom 3 side as we were then.
I know we are away, it was a poor attempt at irony (if that's the right term?) making out that after all that we would still lose.
