Leeds travel to Carrow Road on Sunday for a lunchtime kick off against Norwich City. Those of us concerned about Leeds poor form this season should spare a thought for the Canaries. Not only have they not won this season, but having conceded 23 times, and replied only twice. Not only do they have the poorest form in the football league, but also the poorest aggregate.

Kalvin Phillips will return to the heart of the Leeds midfield. The England No 8 has been suffering from a calf strain, but played the full 90 minutes of the midweek Cup game at the Emirates. Raphinha will also return after being rested on Tuesday night. He picked up a knock against Wolves, but will be fine for the weekend. Patrick Bamford is responding well to treatment, however Leeds journalist Phil Hay said it's too early to tell whether he'll be fit for Sunday.

Defenders Robin Koch and Luke Ayling remain on the treatment table after surgery, although Ayling has returned to light duties. Jack Harrison is set to retain his starting position after being criticised for recent poor performances. It was disclosed earlier this week that the 22yo has been suffering from a rib injury. Youngsters Joe Gelhardt and Crysencio Summerville will have to make do with a place on the bench.

 

Expecting a win.

Would be very Leedsy to be the first ones to come unstuck against Norwich though.

Come and tell me how Norwich are enriching ghe premier league. How about explaining all the good that Norwich are doing? No you cant because all your owners want is parachute money. You have a decent pedigree manger but obviously a pussy who dare not tell the board he wants cash to invest in players who can keep your club in the prem, but he sits back knowing his players are sold for vast profits and is going for relegation because it wins you another £100m in parachute payments. No ambition and a cheating cheapskate club who line the pockets of board members whilst following the WBA bounce plan. I call it cheating because without parachute money you would probably be relegated from the championship but parachute payments mean you have an advantage over the rest. At Least Leeds did it without cheating and spending massive. Bye
