I don't really care about the ins and outs of it anymore, who's fault it is and why. Whatever the reasons, it's all bollox, Ten Hag's not good enough to take us to where we want to be. 14 defeats before the year is out lol.

I think his time is up. Lose to Wigan and it will be.

I wonder who shouted 'mine' to Fernandes*!?!?!

Because no **** was behind him.

Absolutely piss poor from the 'captain' there. And the defending that followed was worse.

    *wasn't ten Hag btw.

Probably McTominay. Who was probably in no man's land.

Wasn't keen on subbing Mainoo for McT tbh. Who had already been defending well. It worried me at the time.

    Oh yes, it is!!

Until the last ten minutes, we barely had chances created to shoot at the goal. Over and over again this is the outcome.

Oh well, we can look forward to another turning point in our season.

Yeah, was a master stroke that one!

Completely unnecessary. Replace someone having a good game with someone you know won't.

The main concern is how, for both their goals, Forest found someone completely unmarked in a twenty yard gap between our centre halves?!?!

    Where the **** were they?

Ah right, ten Hag told him to leave it.

    Gotcha.

    Totality of the match, FFS!!!

Why do we keep making excuses for the manager? It is fkin ridiculous! We lost the match because we can’t score goals. We have become completely sht at getting the ball into the net but great at conceding.

We are so quick to blame every thing and everyone around the club while shielding the Manager from his sole responsibility… train the team to win, set up the team to win, motivate them before and during matches, adapt the tactics in response to changing circumstances during the match, repeat!

I don't think any of the back 4 played well today. Evans was probably the best. Wan Bissaka wasn't interested at all. Antony busting a gut to get back while he was just watching as he jogged back time and again.

It's just piss poor all round.

Either playing for United means little to some of these players. Or they just don't believe in what they're being told to do. Or both. I'm beginning to think this is the problem. They just aren't buying into his style of play.

We lost the match because of ****e defending, were you even watching?

We didn't have a striker on the pitch at any time, but two massive glaring piss poor defensive errors cost us.

Oh, and the captain dummying a pass to no one in an attacking position.

You’re still making terrible excuses, Chief. We had a man that scored 30 goals last season on the pitch. What more do we need?

This team is never setup to score goals and upsurge the opponents under ETH. That is why we lose. Manchester United has always been a team that scores more goals than we concede. But we are stuck in a cycle whereby goals are so hard to come by. That is a system problem, Chief. Not just some random errors.

    And he didn't try.

    Again.

Where I hold Ten Hag responsible is for keeping on picking him

My point is that we cannot keep making excuse after excuse yet rarely directly acknowledging that the manager is a fkin mess with his choices and his rigid/stubborn system.

After 20 games, 22 goals, and 27 conceded, the real miracle is that we are still in the top 10. If proof is ever needed that God is on ETH's side, that league table proves it.

If you blame the manager what is it that you would like? You need to offer a solution here.

Should he stick half the squad in the reserves and play the U23's? Should he sack his coaching staff? Should he go public with the problems within the club?

Just constantly blaming the manager doesn't really help. We could have everyone just blaming Ten Hag. Great, then what?

This is not a blame game. It is a golden rule that the performance of any team starts and ends with the manager.

Suggesting that I should somehow come up with the solution is attempting to nullify that argument again that we can’t “blame” the manager. So is the idea to simply keep blaming everything else but the man that selects the team and tactics?

We have a wage bill about a million pounds shy of mass Chelsea. We have the resources. It’s not the players! It is the manager!!
