A comfortable win but far from convincing. Not sure what to make of it really. Good to see some new(ish) players. Tompkins must start. I really expected more in attack, especially second half. England brushed Ireland aside and looked rock solid in defence. Gawd help us next week.
Why play in black? ..... no need, no colour clash. ......... disrespectful to any player winning his first cap. If I was earning my first cap, I would want to wear my Natioal Welsh colour of RED.
Bang on Vic. My boy liked it, but I couldn’t tell if it was black or blue tbh. But agree, neither black or blue stirred my loins ... nor did the macron mark either.
If Eddie picks his strongest team, I think that the Pivometer will move towards 30 points ... Think I will get on the front foot and cancel Sunday’s papers .....

Interesting to see Lloyd at 9. Is Pivac hoping to play a faster, more fluent game or does he envisage having to move the ball away from scrum and breakdown ASAP to minimise damage? Who knows - probably not Wayne
Arguably, this is one of the weakest looking teams to ever play England? Not forgetting, being arguably one of the worst coached ..... I’d love to be proven wrong ......
