Not as far as I'm aware.

    Bacon and sausage this morning.
Dinner of Pork, crackling, Yorkshire Puds, roast and boiled potatoes, and peas.
    Followed by Apple Pie.
    With a bottle of Bulmers.
    Keeps me happy.

You know me, never one to over indulge.
Probably have a couple of mars bars, and pack of opal fruits later on.
Although I've just noticed a choclate swissroll, so that could be the cards as well.

There are plenty of exercises you can do with cans although the beer tends to be a bit fizzy afterwards.

I've lost over 2 stone since January, down from 12.5st to just under 10.5. Probably should leave it there as I'm getting very skinny now, problem is a really like the keto diet as I it allows me to just have the food I love (chicken wings, avocado, meat with cauliflower rice etc).

Been getting smashed regularly since lockdown and I guess beer is the only thing stopping me losing even more weight. . maybe I should eat normally and drink less lol.

Do you feel better on your keto diet?

    Sounds interesting.

You got any tips/web sites that could be useful?

I have an irrational fear of tomato ketchup. I cant even have it in my house cos I cant even pick the bottle up. Cant sit in the same room with somebody eating it cos I cant stand the look or smell of it. If I somehow manage to get even a minuscule dollop of it on my finger I am known to react in the same way as a person would if it was somebody elses ****. I ran around screaming and threatened violence once. When they invented the squirty bottle and added the noise it makes to the equation???? FFS!!!!

It's worth doing if you want to lose weight quickly, the weight flies off, you realise it when you suddenly find you can get into trousers that were previously way too small for you.

Feel better? I dunno, I used to go to the gym all the time and since lockdown I've had to stop that, but the weights still gone down, I've always been very active but always drank ****loads, as you get older exercise has less of an effect on your weight and its all about diet. I guess I feel more active.

There's loads on the Web about it, just Google keto meals, my advice would just be to cut out all carbs, ie bread, potatoes, rice, pasta, lentils, beans, sugary drinks etc, and just eat protein and fats, ie meat, avocado's, eggs, low carb veg, after 2 weeks you really notice the difference. I used to love rice, so having cauliflower rice was the big breakthrough for me, as theres no carbs in it. Its just about planning your meals really and making sure you have enough of the right food to maintain the diet. Good thing is at the weekend I can still eat **** like chicken wings with rum and coke and it fits in with the diet, happy days.

for me I watched a documentary on Netflix called the magic pill.

then researched what is ultra low carb food (eggs, fish, cheese, meat etc)

haven’t had bread, pasta, rice, crisps in over a year.

then downloaded carb manager and counted carbs to stay under 20g a day,

then enjoyed the rapid weight loss. Dropped 10lb in week 1 but half of that is water weight as your body released the stored water as it doesn’t need it anymore.

Oh and you can buy low carb beer.

michelob ultra and Skinny Lager, both available from Tesco are low carb.

    bud light is lower carb.

mans for wine lovers slim wine is actually zero carbs. (Again Tesco).
