TBF to the lad he has to contend with two or more defenders once he gets the ball so he is forced to take them on as the quick pass is covered. His big weakness is his recovery once he loses it as he is not one for charging back, but he did perform well against LFC on both counts.
Never give up hope till it's mathematically impossible but it's been grim - performances ( many but by no means all ), injuries ( many long term not just niggles ), rubbish PR. If we can get some consistency that takes us on a bit of a run we should make it, again. There'll be at least one team that goes on a bad run of form and gets pulled back in and there will be injuries to key players in other squads around us as well - it's a marathon not a sprint. Think Adnan has done well last 2 home games but he might need to realise he's not going to get some of the decisions he will in a Man Utd shirt and just try to stay on his feet and take the clattering and play to the whistle.
Its f*cking annoying tho. Theres a mentality problem over there. They can do it against the big boys but teams they should be beating well we f*ck it up. Sign a hypnotist up this month to sort them out.
