Relevant comments only on this one, please My line up for Wembley (4-5-1) Phillips Djiksteel Bauer Sarr Purrington Aribo Cullen Bielik Pratley Williams Taylor This line up and formation is good enough to beat Sunderland IF 8 or 9 of our players turn up tomorrow. I would start Pratley in the holding role, but give him a strict instruction to look up and pass forwards, not back to Dillon 90% of the time. Aribo & Williams can bomb forwards to support Taylor up front. On the bench, Solly, Pearce, and attacking options in Morgan, Reeves & Forster-Caskey. Oh, and Josh Parker if we must
Bowyer knows his starting line-up, has done for days, same side that got us here. So no place for Igor, let's hope he's on the bench. Unless of course Bowyer's playing mind games. In this case I don't think so.
I'm not sure Morgan would start at Wembley? I can see Bow putting Morgan on the bench and starting Williams.
I think that would possibly be the only change, but he might also hold Williams back in order to have an attacking option on the bench, especially if this is the case.
I would go with that team. We need to win the battle in midfield, I don't think we did that against Doncaster.
Having only seen Charlton play about three times this year, I'm not in a position to question your team selection Royston. I have heard that Vetokele has improved markedly, but I'm not convinced. And as for Josh Parker... He could have won the semi-final before penalties were needed but he couldn't hit the target yet again. If he plays any part in the Final tomorrow I really think Sunderland will be going up. I'll be very happy if I'm wrong about that.
Rich Cawley has Tweeted today that there is a lot of interest in Joe Aribo ...and that Duchâtelet cannot match anything like what these clubs are offering the player. Cawley reckons there is a small chance that Aribo will sign a new contract with us IF we win tomorrow and are promoted. This is why I will be sh1tting myself tomorrow - so many sub plots attached to the game, and so much at stake. I have literally got no interest in watching us play Tranmere Rovers next season.
