It sounds really ridiculous if you just read the quotes, but I think he's just saying that he's very talented.
He picked out Maradona, Ronaldinho and Jay-Jay Okocha as he played with them.
I don't think that he's saying that he's as good as Maradona, as that would be a bit silly.

There's a lot of hype about Dembele at the moment, as he's put in some really impressive performances.
I'm just glad that he's fit and playing at somewhere near his best, as I didn't expect that to happen this season, as he struggled earlier.

I get the man management bit and Poch is like Klopp in that respect, great with his players.
