Pompey to get new owners prepared to invest?

Reminds me of the old joke...My GF asked me to "kiss me where it smells", so I drove her to Portsmouth...

 

I was hoping a few of the skate posters would float back when they got back into the third tier. Still a graveyard though.

 

Yep, and the handful that do still post there are mainly good lads, Greeny is the worst one!...

 

Think there was a bit of trouble in paradise last time I saw him on there, maybe they had a bad tempered match

 

I thought that i'd check some of the Skate articles from when this site started and saw this plank, bornpompey, or born dopey as I liked to call him...man he was thick!..

 

I checked about a year ago to see whether SB3 is still around. He wasn't. Much as the bloke was often annoying I hope nothing bad happened to him.

 

He's fine, just banned a good dozen times since.

Sb3 was never banned from the football forum..........He was however banned from the Southampton site. He was never the most popular even amongst his Pompey colleagues. It is quite possible that he was banned from several sites for his wumming and outlandish behaviour. Perhaps as the Pompey site was too quiet for him he got fed up and just gave up.

 

Glad I missed that then.

 

I think it will be an interesting season for Portsmouth. If they sell Lowe, I am not sure that the team will be able to pick themselves up after missing out on promotion last season. I expect them to finish mid-table but the intriguing thing will be whether they can retain their manager for another 12 months. I have a funny feeling that 19/20 will be a big disappointment for the blue half of the county.
