Slow and poor passing, high long balls to short players and a lack of confidence and cohesion. We'll continue to struggle as we'll get no consistency because a different eleven are put out each match.

Lambert needs to spend less time coaching this worthless style of football and work on some basics. First touch, control and pass, pass and move, keeper kicks that don't go out. Our players seem to go static as soon as they have moved the ball on. A player gets tackled, they stop playing for a few seconds. There is no urgency or desire to keep a high tempo to our play, it's all 'touch the ball and then watch for a bit'

The issue for me is that I can’t see any project to assemble a great first team and improve so what happens in any individual match is not of much importance apart from the points on the board.
