So I had Argyle down as a draw but I've gone big for a 2-1 victory. Oldham are wingeing about the travelling and we're on the up. Slowly.

Not quite sure what Oldham have to complain about. Even back in the happy days when holiday fixtures were rigged to maximise the number of "local" derbies, this wouldn't have been one of them.

    Fleetwood Town 0 1 Gillingham

    Northampton 0 2 Blackburn
    AFC Wimbledon 1 2 Bradford ( Joker )
    Bristol Rvs 2 0 Doncaster
    Charlton 1 0 Blackpool
    Oxford 1 2 Wigan
    Peterboro 1 1 Bury
    Plymouth 2 1 Oldham ( 19 mins )
    Rochdale 1 1 Walsall
Rotherham 1 1 Milton Keynes Dons
    Scunthorpe 2 1 Southend
    Shrewsbury 1 1 Portsmouth

I got 7 results right out of the 12 and not one single correct score.

I know it shouldn't be and gloating isn't an attractive trait but the most pleasing result today besides our own of course was Oldham. Mank mank mank about having to get on a plane and fly to Plymouth for a game just before Christmas and then managing to lose one at home the next time they play. Wonder what his excuses will be this time then? Long walk from the changing room to the pitch?

There was a lot of moaning about the Oldham manager's team selection on Twitter on the day we played them.. Apparently 2 fans' favourites were left out, one allegedly with a minor injury and the other claimed as a bout of flu.

The fans were of the opinion that either he'd gambled on resting them from travel and play to be raring to go in their Boxing Day game (which they rightly thought to be a mistake) or because or because they were on the move in the transfer window.

Not all sweetness and light at Oldham it seems, but then, where is it half the time?

I wonder if Adams will be moaning about the short trip to Blackpool at the Weekend? If oldham had won do you think he would be of the same opinion? i guess not. No excuses they are crap as they lost at home yesterday...He may be on his way not the players :1980_boogie_down:
Im not moaning as its a good time to play them..

Point is that only the Boxing Day and New Year's Day games would in the old days have been as local as possible. This game would have been scheduled as normal anyway and the rest is geography.
