And so we come to the final "month" of the prediction season. There's a whopping 7 matches to predict on, so plenty of scope to make up some ground on our leader 55282 and pip him to the post. March's scores still to be determined of course.

Although Neveroffsidereff managed to cut the lead from 6 points down to 3 points it was not enough, and so we can declare that this season's winner is:

Nev was obviously runner-up and Swantastic finished third after a late surge up the table.

If you would like to say a few words 55282 in the customary manner . Well done to you and I believe this is the second time you have lifted the trophy.

I'm going to take a break from doing the prediction league next season. Does anyone else want to take it on???

Huge congratulations 55282 very well deserved. The cracking mid winter form allowed you to coast to victory.

I must apologise for missing two months of the season but at my age those niggling injuries take a while to heal . Also it wouldn't have looked good winning in successive seasons
