Bristol City: Daniel Bentley, Rob Atkinson, Matty James, Chris Martin, Andreas Weimann, Tyreeq Bakinson, Cameron Pring, Nathan Baker, George Tanner, Tomas Kalas, Han-Noah Massengo. Substitutes Max O'Leary, Danny Simpson, Jay Dasilva, Joe Williams, Antoine Semenyo, Nahki Wells, Kasey Palmer.
we need to get 2 goals A S A P …. 3 - 5 - 2 ? .. / .. [ 3 - 4 - 1 - 2 flexibility ] Palmer behind Weimann Martin …. Massengo /DaSilva starters?
I like the look of that, hopefully Bakinson in a number 10 roll. Hopefully as Pearson stated Bakinson and Tanner grasp their opportunity with both hands, that is what Scott did earlier in the season and Atkinson and Massengo have done in spades.
Firstly QPR are a very good side, but we are giving them far too much space down our right/their left. I would hook Baker off, push Pring and Tanner to full back positions to form a back 4 with Kalas and Atkinson. QPR have been dangerous and had some chances, we have had some good positions but the final ball and Weimann in particulars first touch has been poor, however he stayed calm to set up Martin who finished really well.
Tanner should done better to prevent the initial cross, Atkinson's header was good and strong we had enough players defending but too many were ball watching.
Think Bentley should have done better for their goal, but then great save two mins after.......bit of pressure now
