Match Day Thread QPR v Fulham

I bet Fulham have been practicing their penalty's all week. I can't see them missing two penalties again.

The ruperts are flying and will be a tough game for us (let alone another TV game).
Needs to be the same team as last time out - we need to reward success and gain continuity and team understanding.
Will be very disappointed if Sylla not starting; Holloways criticism needs to be seen as constructive but still believing in the player.
Would be good to see Furlong and Manning continue positively in the side, these are our developing future players.
Looking for a strong performance and a win would be terrific progress (and a clean sheet would be a welcome miracle against a free scoring Foolham side).

Can't recall where I read it but some one posted that after Millwall (maybe???) he toured lots of clubs studying formations and tactics.

 

They'll be out to avenge their 2 missed penalties.

 

I used to date her too but we finally split up when we couldn't see eye to eye on certain things!

 

Seems the early kick off works well for the Australian contingent, glad you guys can watch without being up at some un-godly hour of the morning. Sure Loftus Road will be rocking today, partly to show Fulham fans what an atmosphere is, and partly because it is absolutely freezing out there, so singing and jumping will be required for warmth. Dont come on the line from Clapham Junction to the Bush as it's closed for maintenance. It was minus 5 when I landed at Gatwick at 8. Wrap up warm.

 

Whilst we are on the subject of cross eyedness and on a lighter side I took my dog to the vet the other day. I told him " My dog's cross eyed. Can you do anything for him?"
The vet picked him up by the ears, looked at him sternly for a while and declared " I shall have to put him down!"
I was shocked. " What! Just because he's cross eyed?"
The vet replied " No, because he's heavy!"

 

I hope that we will play close to an unchanged team. I am also intrigued as to the tactics and am really looking forward to watching the games (on a steam).

I am mentally prepared for a defeat, as four good results on the trot may be slightly unrealistic, but would love to be pleasantly surprised.

Oh, I would love to be at LR today and would not even complain about the early 12:30 kickoff.

Looks like an unchanged team to me. Good move when we won well! When was the last we had an unchanged 11? First time this season at least according to the official.

 

Asking a lot of Manning and Luongo against their midfield. The rest of it is quite evenly matched I feel. Would take a point tbh.

Tom Cairney. What a player, my absolute dream signing (in the realistic bracket). Should be our main target and new number ten, I see him in the Bowles mould with his exquisite left foot. And before you oldies throw a fit I don't mean that he's as good, just that he somehow reminds me a bit.

 

Time to turn LR into our fortress - hope all those attending (lucky people) create an atmosphere similar to when we played Scum back in the PL and put the Ruperts on the back foot from the first whistle - COYRssss
