Pompey with their first shot on target as Brett Pitman's acrobatic effort is comfortably swallowed up by Lumley. 88th minute.
Final whistle goes, and it's 2-0 to QPR. Strong Rangers side, so not too worried about the result. Good luck to them against Watford in the 5th round. Apart from the EFL Trophy, we can now concentrate on the league, with all our recent signings able to play.

I am rather hoping Watford will turn QPR over. Shedding lots of crocodile teams with this result. Sounds as if we didn't really cause QPR too many problems, which is a slight concern. Maybe next season?
Ah that’s not very nice. Don’t think Lumley had a real save to make though Hawkins did well with the scraps he was fed, holding the ball up well just about every time. I saw him a few years ago playing for Hemel and while he was one of the better players you’d never have thought he’d get to the level he has. You’ve got bigger fish to fry and I guess are a different side with the loanees involved. Hope you go up as it’s nice to have a Championship away game which isn’t on a retail park in the North-West.
Sorry WW. Just have a soft spot for Watford as my father was from the town. And they are more than likely to knock any of the "Big Boys" off their perch. This could be the year, the Hornets get to the final and I hope they win the trophy meaning Arsenal will in all probability be playing two or three rounds of qualifying matches to make the Europa League Group stage, which will be a summer of joy to them and their fans. The other team I wouldn't mind winning the Cup would be Wolves. Just hope it is not one of the three usual suspects.
Just read that Jack is out for the rest of the season. Maybe Walkes or Hawkins will have to play CB as Burgess seems a liability.
