It was another glorious day in Aberdoom today from lunchtime onwards.

Probably the longest street (Maybe Prince's longer) in Scotchland.

From the top to the bottom -just goes right through you.

Halfway down used to be 'One Up' - great record shop BTW.

Come out of there and onto Union Street and your vinyl was in danger.

Aberdeen is a tin pot town with tin pot streets.

North Anderson drive is longer than Union Street anyway ya mug.

 

High Street ya foaming dolt.

 

"One Up" and there was also "The Other Record Shop" - absolute treasures of all things music. "One Up" was originally on Diamond Street whilst "The Other Record Shop" was on Union Street. Spent many a happy hour or two in both of them in the 80's.

Then sadly, CD's came along and ruined rock music forever.

 

High Street in Glasgow is longer than Union Street as well so we'll done you.

Rubislaw Quarry in Aberdoom is the second largest man made hole in Europe, Glasgow is the first

 

Aye - 'One Up' was a great record shop. They knew their **** big time.

Watched a documentary this afternoon called 'Casuals' Amazon Prime'. Wasn't about the fighting but about the clothes and trainers.
