No one - the overall impression is that we are still not good enough. But we continue to keep the faith!
I don't think we will recover as we did last season, but we are still in transition as a team, and we will need another 3 or 4 games to really see how the land lies, I think we will stay up, but it is going to be a long hard and very frustrating season, we seem to have lost our soul, winning some games could help find it, I'm still positive for the team, though the boardroom is something else.................
Not really seen much of Swansea this season as have been concentrating elsewhere but speaking from personal experience you need not necessarily look to see how Swansea will improve but are there three teams worse than you. I'll give you one as a starter, Sunderland. Now you just need to find two more. P.S. You can't have Jonjo back.
We are lucky that we are having our bad luck early and not the end of the season....We are work in progress no matter what anyone thinks and we are getting there...There are 29 games to get safe and i could not care where in the bottom half we finish as long as its not in the bottom three.....Keep the faith and get behind the team as all this negative rubbish is way out of proportion......We have a decent squad of players and we have a manager who is not afraid to select a team he wants and by the chances we have had in his only two games so far shows a remarkable achievement from when we would go through games with 1 or 2 and on a few occasions no chances at all.....We need to be patient as Bob works and tries different players and formations and you cant do that in just two games..... He will get there im sure and like i say it's good we are in this situation now and not towards the end of the season.....We will be fine you'll see as there is still 87 points to play for.....
Sunderland and Hull are worse than us. Burnley in spite of today's result are going to struggle. So are Middlesborough. Watford on today's performance look a much poorer side than us so no I don't think we will do down.
I'm not sure about Watford being poorer than us at all. They looked sharper than us, particularly first half, and moved the ball quickly and accurately. I liked the way they played. Lacked a bit of punch maybe but are we better than them? Not right now.
I'm pretty optimistic after Watford and have to agree with Dai here. We didn't lose and played well enough to win. That's an improvement on how things have been up until recently. After the game we had no player to moan about because none played poorly, on the contrary, every man played well and we were a goal post width away from winning the game. Our defence inspired confidence and the team fed off them, up top we created chances but the football gods weren't with us and on another day we'd have won 2 or 3-0. **** happens sometimes and you don't always get what you deserve. We've had a huge shake up this season, new owners, new manager and we've said goodbye to a loved one so many things are new to us and we're not comfortable yet with all the changes. We are in unknown territory and the thing that frightens people the most is the unknown. As things settle, we'll get used to our new team and the accents that run it but there's no need to panic. If Guidolin was still in charge then I'd be panicking like a sheep at an Eisteddfod but he's not and I've seen good changes in the team since he went to suggest an improvement that will sustain our position in the prem this season.
I think Watford only managed one save from Fabianski in the 90 minutes and that was from a shot hit straight at him
Like I said, Watford lacked punch but passed the ball better than us - particularly first half. I think we deserved to nick it at the death because we stepped it up, but I was impressed with them.
