I can see us scraping a point in each of the next two games, and no more from the last three, giving us a total of 41, and a finishing position of 12/13/14. Against Hull we were incisive on only very rare occasions, for the most part we were poor, the scoreline flattered us. And that against a very ineffectual side. Walters and Crouch got us over the line, but at their ages they are not the future. Close season, Hughes or his replacement , will have to spend large amounts on recruitment, and spend it more wisely than what has happened before.

There is more chance of me standing in the middle of stokes pitch on match day butt naked than there is of Hughes being sacked. I also think you are being harsh on the Hull game and nobody has mentioned the 3 world class goals we scored. Does everyone seriously think we are just going to go on an upward curve throughout our premiership campaigns?. Also like I've mentioned about 5 times before can anyone come up with a realistic replacement if we were to sack Hughe's? , anybody?. Anyway I think we will finish with around 46 points which might get us 9th. I'd accept that as an acceptabe season.
