Hope no one minds but I'd like to add my Dad to this thread. He passed away Thursday after a short illness and as he was responsible for taking me to my first game at BP in the late sixties he is responsible for all the joy and heartache I've subsequently endured over the following 50 years. Thanks Dad.
You have my condolences Muffin. And I share in your joy and heartache. My Dad also passed away last week. Wednesday evening on Ward 110 at HRI having suffered a catastrophic stroke earlier in the week. Likewise, he took me to my first game at BP and saddled me with this absurd love for City which very few people really understand. He did and I guess the good posters on this forum do too. Sleep tight Marra. We got there. It took us a hundred and four years but we ****ing got there. RIP Dad x.
