If only that lad had the right mentality. He had skills I’d not even seen Ronaldinho do but his effort and mentality was just awful. Could have been a very, very special player.
Yeah you don’t like saying it but it’s probably fair to say he and those on board are dead. Even if they had survived the initial crash, there’s no way they’re surviving in the sea in these temperatures for all this time. Sadly it’s just a case of hoping searchers can now find the bodies so that their families can lay them to rest. Tragic shame.
Our neighbours appear to have gone hyper Baldini with their DOF. What has happened ?? Dortmund no longer willing to sell their players to the Goons ??
Dortmund ran out of players they believed they could afford to lose As good as Aubameyang is he's also a headcase (which is no excuse for anyone to chuck a banana at him, no matter how NOT A RACIST they claim to be) while Sokratis was a reliable centre back but Diallo is the long-term replacement. That's why they were happy to let Yarmolenko join the Scammers, because Sancho's replaced him.
Higuain is flying to London to complete a move to Chelsea. It's easy when money's no object, that's Morata, Batshuayi and Giroud in at a cost of £120m over the last 3 seasons...... "Next!"
Note to the Spurs physios : Make the 'RDBD vindictive spite' ampules "double strength" for the squad tomorrow.
Yeah they’re a superbly well run club. A team I always enjoy watching when I get the chance too. Have a knack of picking up the best young talent in Europe.
More than likely. I think that was Sarri’s target so I’d be surprised if they failed to get it sorted. Be interesting to see how he actually does in the Prem. Been one of Europe’s best strikers for a decade or so now but has noticeably put on a few pounds and at 31, you do wonder if he’s left it a bit too late to come to England.
Plus, to add on. Sarri hasn’t exactly made the best of signings so far. Jorginho’s arrival hasn’t done them much good along with the fact it’s seemingly pushed Kante into a RCM position which he definitely doesn’t suit, while Kepa most certainly doesn’t justify the tag of “world’s most expensive keeper”. Really not sure what they saw in him to have splashed so much dough, at least with Alisson at Pool you can understand why they were desperate for him and paid the big bucks, Kepa is just looking like a real panic buy after the Courtois sale.
It's very late in his career to be learning the PL, especially as his fitness is akin to Rooney's at the same age. I saw him looking distinctly overweight when he moved to Juve... please log in to view this image You can shift it but it takes its toll over time, especially post-30.
