Not at all? Quill read your posts in the same way as me. As a side note though, there do seem to be a lot of whiteants on here..
Ok lol. We both read your post as seriously hating the idea of him as Han Solo because of some movie you saw him in. If it was meant as a joke fair enough. People who enjoy creating chaos and disruption and antagonise at every opportunity.
Star Wars is easy to get people in huff about. My favorite thing to do is start insulting Boba Fett, nothing gets people more riled up then trashing on him. Ive never heard that term before.
I guess I just didn't see the humour in the troll, that's all. I didn't realise but just looked it up and it's Aussie slang.
Well, considering how some people act on here, you're surprised when someone questions you on a very unusual opinion? If I got properly defensive about SW, I probably wouldn't consider nearly half of the films ****e, nor would I probably be saying that they are making the wrong films. Boba Fett is one of my favourite characters, but in the films he does **** all, so I can understand why people don't like him. I like him based on the expanded stuff.
I'll agree to disagree with you on that, I love a sizeable chunk of it. Might be coloured by the fact I was quite young when most of the **** part came out. Of the new stuff I only really didn't like the most recent 9-book saga, because it became too far-fetched (I know! Most of it was but yeah whatever), but I did enjoy most of it.
The new canon is mostly pretty good, I've listened to near enough all of it on audiobooks and they are so far ahead of most of the old canon. The old canon has so much ****e in it. So glad Zahn is returning to write that Thrawn novel.
Don't disagree with you, but the feel is slightly off for me so far. Only Luceno and whoever wrote Dark Lords of the Sith have really captured the Star Wars space fantasy vibe. A lot of the rest of it leans too much towards hard sci-fi for me - The Force Awakens novelisation was appalling for instance. Very happy Luceno and Zahn are writing new books. But the X-Wing saga - both Stackpole and Allston - Thrawn novels, New Jedi Order, most of the Clone Wars books, the Darth Bane Trilogy, etc. was absolutely brilliant in my opinion.
If it has all those actors from The Raid in it, and they make it a martial arts type film, count me in.
SW has an uncanny knack of devouring potentially great bounty hunters after having the briefest screen times
