Paul di Resta will make his Formula 1 comeback with Williams in the Hungarian Grand Prix, with Felipe Massa withdrawing from the event due to illness. So with no practice to get in the groove, where will he finish on Sunday?
If he gets within 107% today I'll be impressed. I know he's not that well rated but he wasn't that bad. If he troubles Stroll at all this weekend that'll be amazing considering his practice is q1.
IMO he's better than any other Brit that's joined within the last 8 years, he wasn't mugged by either Sutil or Hulkenberg. It wouldn't surprise me if he out qualifies Stroll, which would ask questions about Massa.
If I remember he was quite a safe pair of hands, so if the car lasts I think he'll finish. I don't think he's going to have great pace, partly because this circuit doesn't suit the Williams, but mostly because he just hasn't driven enough. But fingers crossed for a points finish, as that would be a nice story
