Are we there yet? I wonder if the Derby situation has slowed things down at the EFL and thats causing a hold up. Its getting to a wasted January at this stage and a wasted season.
Maybe the club already know it has been okayed by EFL, but are keeping quiet about it, as it could increase any targetted player valuation
I’ve got sneaking suspicion about this, like announce it towards the end of the window so clubs don’t double price tags
I kind of agree but if that was the case then it would have made more sense to put the end of January in the statement on the website. By putting the middle of January must have been via a steer from the EFL and has meant people are starting to ask the questions now. I have no doubt its going to go through but I dont see us spending money this window with or without the takeover purely because of this mad salary cap. I can see that being scrapped next year and we have a real go then.
Aye Parkinson’s plodders clogging it all up, signing Danny Graham on an expensive contract as far as league 1 standards go, laughable

Football will be back soon mate! It’s **** working all week looking forward to the weekend with the main purpose the footy then it not being there! Not the same on TV, it’s all about meeting up with the lads etc... drop me a text or call if you fancy a drink and catch up as you’re passing after work... Kettle always on and beer always cold!! Socially distanced of course!
No problem mate, have to make room on the bus for the son when the away games start. The missus said he wasnt coming on the bus with us idiots till he was 16. He turned 16 the end of November. He's had the trainers picked out that he wants just for away games. Ive told him all about your antics and what an entertaining day you always make it. He can't wait, and hopefully the next one I won't end up in hospital for 2 days
Haha you make it sound like a crazy day out! Yeah, there’ll be a space for him... got to encourage the young’uns to keep going, especially round this way with their black n white mates! You’s are welcome to come on the home bus as well if you fancy it.
He got himself a girlfriend so have to get it drummed in to him that she will have to come second. No matter what alternatives she can offer nothing compares to Peterborough away with all the boys, priceless
Haha, he’ll soon realise lasses will come second! Aye, that was a good trip. Hopefully there’ll be many more to follow!
Now that was a pub and a half! It was in Mickleover near Derby, the sports room was covered in Brian Clough memorabilia. Sure it was Burton away wasn’t it?
From my info ... ... EFL done, KLD in total control, announcement waiting for major appointment to accompany the new owner. Brighton 1-0 up at Leeds after 25 minutes ... ... Elland Road pitch looks shyte.
