At work and just logged on and seen DG and WG gone. Surely he must bring another striker in as only have CW and RS esp if Maguire goes and benji not fit?
Ahh, man....its got genuine pace in it now. We've got rid of G & G, which is as big a plus as the signings are. The biggest plus for me though is the bigger picture.... There is not a chance that any of this would have happened if SD was still in charge. From the appointments of LJ, the recruitment/backroom/academy/coaching staff, players being identified and signed, and with minimum fuss (ie professionally), its absolutely clear that someone else is calling the shots now. The only thing left to come now is formal confirmation of the takeover....though, tbh, I don't need a weatherman to tell me that its raining.
Anichebe is so unfit he'd fail the polis force physical man. He can only be worse than when he was here before. Daft twitter rumour
Might have managed to stay up if he wasn't injured. He was getting into a run if form and was bullying defenders.
It's all very strange isn't it, Burnley supporters will have been encouraged by the takeover but there were supposed to be signings. Dyche seems quiet at the moment which isn't like him. A defeat by Fulham plus a couple of key injuries and, all of a sudden, it's a Championship side wondering what happened. "ALK has already stated its intention to help Dyche bolster his squad in next month's transfer window." "The Clarets have been weakened since last summer because of a combination of releasing out-of-contract players and not replacing them." "They are 16th in the Premier League, five points above the relegation zone, and host 18th-placed Fulham in a key match on Sunday."
Interesting. But we play MK Dons soon, the irony being the man that can't score will score. Do you still have that list?
I remember talkSPORT saying Dyche would have money to spend this window and imagine what he could do with having funds after working on a shoe string etc etc.
MSD/DELL/FPP will eventually end up owning a club by default won't they, you can see it coming ... ... probably be Newcastle
