Alan Nixon seems to be suggesting it’s Rybolovlev, Sartori’s father-in-law which I thought would be happening when Sartori first became in involved. I think it’s fair to say at this point nobody has a clue and it’s very much a “something is happening” moment. Strikes me as more genuine this time that it’s so quiet than it being blabbed all over like previously. If it is Rybolovlev I’d be fairly happy with that.
Biffa only bought their waste business, the demolition business is claimed to be one of the biggest in Europe. Oh and they have a salvage yard in Boldon.
Recent things Nixon has said that didn't happen are that Campbell was taking over, that we were signing Jay Spearing and that McLaughlin was going to Blackburn. He's also said that we're in for Danny Graham and this about Sartori. I've no idea why so many people hang onto his every word - he doesn't get very much right.
