One good day at the office after 150 bad ones?

Today's business has not resulted in one more point yet. It's all speculation right now. Why should world-weary fans who have been lied to again and again for a decade buy into this bullsh*t?

Let's see top 6 teams beaten.
Let's see three or four back-to-back wins. Good football being played (not just scrapping). Then maybe a little credit will be due.

    What a mess.

A transfer window and they sack Holden. Another window and it would appear Appleton is history<doh>.

Appleton worked with players he did not like, the next manager will be in the same position.

But now we are in a relegation battle, next month could go seriously sideways and we'll be massively in the brown stuff....with a new manager<laugh>.

These useless b******* MUST bring in an established manager with credentials.

Even though Scott is responsible for recruitment, and he needs to go, between him, Charlie boy and Rodwell they have made a pigs ear of things.

    Worrying times.

Think we nearly have a decent enough squad to avoid relegation now but we do need a new coach/ manager- Rowett or sir Bowyer anybody?

Trouble is, most of the best managers are in employment, and would be unlikely to leave their job to join a basket case club like ours. Nathan Jones and Gary Rowett both have Charlton connections, and I'd be happy with either.

Ffs, squirrel face was out of her depth, but Charlie, Rodwell and Scott are meant to be experienced<doh>.
Out of interest, who is the mate of Scott and who is responsible for getting rid of him?

Ivor might venture into England if Appleton gets the boot.
Appleton is the 50+ reason the shelf stacker does not attend

Over the past few days there have been many views on what is going on, tbh it's 200% all guesswork and nobody knows.
My take is that Appleton will be out on his a*** by Monday. However, more interesting I feel is the view that the Yanks have now stepped in on the sacking, for the moment, of Appleton. Consequently people are being undermined.
One sacking they are suffering, but a second they are now perhaps looking at Mary, Mungo and Midge and questions are being asked.
It's all gone wrong so far for them.

    Is it 250%, 300% or 500% ? <laugh><laugh><laugh><laugh><laugh><laugh><laugh><laugh><laugh><laugh><laugh>

No good working it out in 2024. The lies were obvious at the end of 2022.

Blame needs to fall on the organ grinder not the monkey.

And yet Holden and Appleton have been sacked, but Mary, Mungo and Midge are still being paid handsomely for delivering utter failure.

That 's true, but it's upto the owners. They leave everything to the SMT because they are far away with no working knowledge of the English game. Who will advise them now?

We're having a good old fashioned meltdown.

Two gaffers gone and we're not even out of January yet. Well done SE7 <applause>

    Pretty terse stuff.

It’s their money which is getting pissed up the wall. They need to step in and sack Scott and Rodwell and remove Methven from any decision making role.

It’s SE7 partners who are to blame for this, Holden and Appleton were both brought in by SE7 because they were the cheap option and they were given cheap unfit players and told to get on with it.
