And to think I got grief when I insisted on saying that we’d got him on loan from St Patrick’s Athletic of the League of Ireland instead of Udinese
Interesting that transfermarkt and Wiki both still show him as on loan to us. And the club have never put anything out to say that he has gone back. Which probably means we’re still paying his wages
Why on earth would we send him back - he's pretty much the only reason we aren't down already.... I'll have another whiskey now !!
Glad the club reads this forum and that we made them realise that they were still paying for the Irish chap, sorry Italian chap. Another scoop for Not 606. I’m ITK, like Lardi Funny, cos I thought we’d been told elsewhere that he had gone back weeks ago .
As I keep saying, quality over quantity. We know our stuff over here, no dramatics, no bulls***, no wumming.
Why all the doom and gloom over the threat of relegation, the silly-looking squad and the crap managerial selections? Scottwell told us at the fans meeting that the SMT is now fully in place for the club to move forward and achieve success. Rejoice, you bastards.
And there I was thinking the SMT are a bunch of cheap suited salary thieves with the same morals as a liver fluke but less charm. Sorry guys!
Surely at some point very soon the billionaires are going to wake up and realise they are being right-royally had.
They sack Mary, Mungo and Midge, plough in non-repayable equity, do an Ipswich and have us in the PL in three years time. See, I can do positive.
Our secretive owners give no information out about what role they are playing. They seem to be trusting in the 3 wise monkeys to be spending their money wisely enough to get a return on their investment. Remember they paid £11m for a club with no assets, for which TS paid £1. And since then all they have done is subsidise our managed decline. Charlieboy seems to be the brains behind the venture, so I don't know how they go about taking matters into their own hands and replacing the SMT with people who can reverse our slide into obscurity. Last season we had Rak-Sakyi to save us from a relegation scrap, this season we seem so demoralised that relegation looks 50/50. If we do go down it's inconceivable that we sack another manager and keep the same SMT in place, but the question is- do SE7 have the wherewithall to replace them with the right people? If not they would probably just bail ahrt.
Charlie Methven - this is your consortium. You put it together. You bought in your mates to run the club as the SMT. You sold the package to the rich investors and agreed the budgets. You have failed. We are going down to L2. You were accused by Sunderland fans of using useful idiots on social media to promote your ideas and then accused of selling off talent and going very quiet when it went wrong. So let’s hear from you now. Directly. Not through false information leaked via anonymous sources to your mates and lackies on chosen forums. Why has it gone wrong. What’s the detailed plan. How can you produce a promotion winning team in L1 while at the same time cutting several million pounds each year from overall losses. I don’t understand how that can possibly work and the evidence suggests that it can’t. So come on Charlie - let’s hear directly from you.
Excellently put, Rick Everitt can throw the questions at him, that'll soon take that greasy smile off his boat.
WTF. Reams can you please just refresh our memories as to who it was that brought Andy Scott to the club ? And who was the main mouthpiece and propaganda agent for that person during the takeover process and trashing of Thomas Sandgaard. I think his initials were CM and he likes meeting his puppets at racecourses and dolling out free hospitality packages and guffawing in the lounges with Curbs, Scotty and Brownie I believe. Jesus, you couldn’t make it up…….
Clueless. The 1905 lounge and a train ticket to the Orient game buys false loyalty......and silence. The shelf stacker should then carry on with his outburst and bring Rodwell and Methven into the ring
