    I'm a long time backer of Ralph and love the guy, but I feel the board will expect instant results given the money spent but the young signings we have made will need more time to adapt and become premier league players.

    Looking in from the outside, it's a perfectly reasonable prediction. I think a lot of people may be surprised at how good the youngsters we've brought in are though.
