I'm not quite sure what he's saying, but it does sound plausible.

I've heard of him, but I haven't looked into his claims.

I do remember that there were quite a few people in the ufo community who discredited him for nicking their material and claiming it as his own.

 

What about Dave McGowan? Also dead. His stuff on the laurel canyon 60’s hippy scene and government/military involvement is a bit of a different avenue to the usual conspiracy theory topics. He also does 9/11 and moon stuff, but the laural canyon stuff is unique I’d say.
