Partey (should be) back in the squad for the Sheffield United game. Zinchenko and Tomiyasu also could feature in that game. Good news on the injury front.

Hopefully Partey can get some minutes off the bench.

Not a good weekend of results for us. Liverpool, Aston Villa and Spurs all winning. None of it should impact what we do against a dire Sheffield United team on Monday night anyway, but was hoping for some slip-ups - especially Liverpool - and they score a 99th minute winner. You couldn't make it up <doh>. With the injuries they have, it's ridiculous they've been able to keep up this momentum. Fair play tbh.

Weird how pool, Villa and Spurs all looked like dropping points until very late on.

Think Sheff United will be less shambolic than earlier in the season but other than defending deep they'll not trouble you.

City come back from behind against Man Utd to win the Manchester Derby. All of the teams around us have won. Over to us now.

At this point, I’ve already mentally accepted that we need to learn to be without these players and replace one/both of them in the Summer.

Same team as the last two. Bench is starting to look extremely strong even with the noticeable absentees <ok>

    Bench is looking strong too.

When we finally get Timber, Tomi and Zinchenko back we will have excellent options off the bench.

3-0 already and we’re not even midway through the first half. This has been one way traffic from the start.

Sheffield United fans leaving already and Wilder has already made subs <laugh>.

    This could get ugly…

Can’t see what the Sheffield United players are moaning about? It looks a perfectly fine goal to me. Good finish from Kai.

We’re passing it around nicely, one-touch and moving, they can’t get near us and Bogle makes a terrible challenge on Odegaard when he was never getting the ball.

The thing that strikes me is we’ve not had to work that hard for the goals at all. There’s SO much space out wide and in between the lines. There’s no organisation or structure to what they’re doing.

I thought they’d at least make us work hard by being difficult to beat, but they’ve been truly horrendous.

Almost 5. Sheff Utd aren’t tracking our runs at all. They need to sort it out because even I’m getting fed up with how crap they are <laugh>

    5-0! Declan Rice!

Another lovely team goal, GD getting boosted and Sheffield United just being terrible.

    Saka destroying them at will.

    HT. 5-0.

I know Sheff Utd have been woeful, but we’ve been utterly devastating and merciless. It wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say it could have been 8-0 this half. Total mismatch in every conceivable way.

Our pressing even at 5-0 up is insane <laugh>.

Not sure Arteta will do this, but I’d bring on Partey, Jesus, ESR, Vieira and Nelson in the second half.

Game is effectively over, so may as well let fringe players get minutes.
