    Be interesting to see who they get in to replace him. Have to get it right otherwise I think they are in for a dog fight.

    Grayson is a very decent Manager at this level

    For me, the concern with him going to Sunderland is whether he can turn them around fast enough.

    Good news for us as Grayson had PNE punching well above their weight. Big challenge for someone else to come in and keep that going.
