They certainly are - and she's a star. Her facial expressions/body language make each and every video they produce. Part of my morning routine is to open up their YouTube channel to check out their offerings for the day. - if I've been in a bad mood, they quickly get rid of it for me.
We have Just flown out to Spain on Ryanscare, Flight was fine but totally irritated by the attempts to relieve me of money so resolutely refused to pay for a seat. Consistently we were split up and I ended up in one of the seats by the emergency exit which cost a fortune to book. Mme not so fortunate. Had great pleasure telling the Man in the same row that I didn't pay, but he was uncoperative when I suggested mme could move and sit in the empty seat next to me.
At least their flights actually take off, EasyJet have cancelled my last 3 flights with them. I'd rather walk than fly with them again
I was rudely awakened at 3am by 3 Luton fans playing football with a hedgehog outside my window. I was about to phone the RSPCA when the hedgehog went 1-0 up

On the return flight which was fine, Mme & I were split up again cos we won't pay for a seat. I had 8 empty seats around me and Mme had a few to so what is their problem with people sitting together when it can be done, if you don't pay for seat. I prefer Easyjet but generally have no problem with either them or Ryanair.
