Dramatic fall in the temperature over the last few days (a drop of 12/13℃) and it is dreadfully precipitous this morning alas. The Delta Summer is well and truly finito mussolini.

The only benefit is that the home made soup shenanigans are back with a bang. I will be indulging in this gastric pursuit at Le Weekend.

Lunch on Saturday will most likely be Leek & Potato soup and a Hang Sambo combo.

    Splendiferous.

I'll keep all you peeps updated.

In the meantime au revoir peeps.

Remember peeps, keep safe and stick to the rainbow tranny crossing, peeps.

I'm having tomato soup for lunch. I think I'll have three slices of buttery granary bread, what with me being a greedy sod and all.

Well, you've got to push the boat out now and then.

But just remember don't push it out too far, bad things can happen at sea.

You need grated cheddar in tomato soup. Or marmite and roasted cheese on toast.

    <ok>

    Julie does some cracking soups.

Traditional Scotch soups like Scotch broth and deep-fried variety.

On Tuesday, she made a spicy chicken ramen soup and it was just to die for.

Needless to say, I pulled my cock out and done the chopper in front of the kids in appreciation.

After my soup, I had a rather lovely piece of chocolate cake. Yum!

    See ya later.

I had a breakfast with a difference this morning. It came in a cardboard box with wooden cutlery, the sausage was instead small morsels of sausage meat, the eggs poached and all sat on a layer of fried onions, peppers and potatoes. Would eat again. Cons: eggs were not runny in the middle. 4/5.

I was born in 1971, the year you had to get used to "new money". I've dug up old coins younger than you.

After breakfast I visited the Sainsbury art gallery, got about ten large Bacon’s in there and two Moore’s in the sculpture park. Worth a fortune.
